Trekkers should not stay there as campground has been shut down.
Namadgi National Park Manager has requested trekkers book into Mt Clear pound campground and Namadgi Visitors Centre campground at least 24hours before for camp fees and codes to combination locks on NT. The VC campground has been changed to nearer to Centre is adjacent to the helicopter pad therefore they also request one group at a time. There are three combination gates to enter Namadgi’s NT trails.
From the south a window of mobile reception is at the Southern ACT border if none further south at Yaouk.
